Notes:

1. The Digital Pencil is only compatible with the iPad Pro (2018/2020/2021), iPad 6/7/8 (2018-2020), iPad Air 3/4 (2019/2020), and iPad mini 5 (2019). It will not work with any other device.

2. Magnetic attachment is only supported on the iPad Pro (2018/2020/2021) and iPad Air 4 (2020). The Digital Pencil does not support wireless charging.
3. If the Digital Pencil is not writing, please adjust the following settings:
Settings > Apple Pencil > Turn off the Apple Pencil
Settings > Apple Pencil > Turn off “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”
4. Please disconnect your Apple Pencil before using the Digital Pencil.
5. Please ensure your iPad has been updated to the latest version of iOS (requires iOS 12.2 or above).
6. Please fully charge the Digital Pencil before first use.
7. This stylus pen does not support pressure sensitivity.
8. The Digital Pencil works best with a tempered-glass screen protector.
